Warm-season turf
Bermuda Lawn Leveling
If the main complaint is a bumpy cut, mower bounce, localized scalping, settling, or small surface waves in Bermuda, begin with the leveling page.
- Packages from $699
- Optional Bio Max C65 at $35 per cubic yard
- Surface correction during active growth
- Property-specific material volume
Cool-season turf
Fescue Topdressing
If the main complaint is thin Fescue, weak establishment, shallow soil, bare areas, or a lawn needing a broader fall renovation, begin with the Fescue page.
- Localized add-on from $299
- Renovation bundles from $550
- Murray Blend material as specified
- Seed, aeration, and aftercare aligned
A third option
Sometimes the lawn needs aeration—not topdressing.
When the surface is reasonably smooth and the primary issue is compaction, Bermuda core aeration may be the more efficient service. Fescue aeration and overseeding may also be enough when soil improvement is not needed.
Helpful answers
Topdressing and leveling questions
Is topdressing the same service for Bermuda and Fescue?
No. Bermuda leveling focuses on practical surface correction in actively growing warm-season turf. Fescue topdressing supports seed and the near-surface growing environment during cool-season renovation.
Which page should I use for pricing?
Use the dedicated Bermuda Lawn Leveling or Fescue Topdressing page. Those pages contain the current public packages and scope limits.
Can either service correct drainage?
Not by default. Surface topdressing is different from installing drainage or making major grade changes.
What if I do not know my turf type?
Send clear photos of the lawn and close-up photos of the blades and runners. The property review can confirm the likely turf before a service is recommended.
Start with a clear plan
Still unsure which service fits?
Send the turf type if known, photos from several angles, the main problem, and the finish you expect. We will point you to the correct scope before quoting.
