A clean appearance is important, but mowing is also a repeated stress on the plant. Correct height, sharp blades, a reasonable amount removed per visit, and avoiding saturated conditions help protect the turf.
Fertilization, irrigation, aeration, seeding, leveling, and weed control remain separate services. When a recurring customer needs one of those improvements, it is recommended and quoted separately rather than hidden inside the mowing rate.

What is included with routine mowing?
The quoted scope generally identifies mowing, trimming around accessible edges and obstacles, edging along appropriate hard surfaces, and blowing clippings from hardscapes.
Do you bag all grass clippings?
Not by default. Healthy clippings are normally returned to the lawn when conditions allow. Excess growth or special cleanup needs are discussed in the quote.
Is mowing available in every service area?
No. Recurring mowing requires tight route density and may be limited even where project services are available.
Can an overgrown property start on a normal mowing rate?
Usually not immediately. A property that is significantly overgrown may need an initial cleanup or reset before recurring maintenance can be priced.
