FLAT RATE PROGRAMS
Many years of experience have helped us to develop a series of flat rate solutions that best suit the needs of our clients. We offer year-round maintenance solutions that are tailored specifically to your outdoor space, with one easy monthly rate.
FERTILIZER+
We have developed our all-encompassing lawn care program around the recommendations and best practices of the North Carolina State University and Clemson University turf research programs. The Fertilizer+ program consists of everything you need to promote a healthy, green lawn all season. This program includes our 8-Steps to Green fertilizer & weed control plan with grub control, aeration and over-seeding at a flat monthly rate.
LAWN MAINTENANCE
This program takes care of everything related to your lawn. You will receive all the benefits of the Fertilizer+ services in addition to professional mowing and lawn cleanup services with an eye for the details. Weekly mowing services include edging, trimming and blowing off your property.
YardCARE
For the person who wants to spend time enjoying their outdoor space instead of maintaining it, our comprehensive YardCARE program takes care of everything in your lawn and landscape. In addition to the Fertilizer+ and Lawn Maintenance services, you will also receive regular landscape detail visits to maintain your beds, plants and outdoor spaces all season. In the spring, our crew will thoroughly clean, edge, install mulch and prepare your beds for the season ahead. In the fall we will leave your property tidy and ready for winter.
YEAR-ROUND YardCARE
Enjoy all the benefits of the Fertilizer+, Lawn Maintenance, and YardCARE programs above with visits throughout the winter to keep your lawn, beds, plants and outdoor spaces looking their best year round. This plan splits your entire year’s services into 12 monthly payments and is customizable to fit all your needs.
